FALCON2 can predict high-quality protein structures with average TMscore above 0.7, even for CASP domain targets.

FALCON2 can directly predict the three-dimensional conformation of the protein from the amino acid sequence in a few hours.

EASY-TO-USE

FALCON2 shows not only the final output structure, but also some intermediate outputs, including the predicted inter-residue distance matrix and the selected template. The predicted structures are intuitively visualized using 3Dmol.

More on FALCON2

FALCON2 incorporates two prediction approaches: a TBM prediction approach ProALIGN, and an prediction approach ProFOLD, to obtain higher quality of protein structure prediction.

FALCON2 employs ProALIGN to exploit structure information of homologous templates of target proteins.

FALCON2 employs ProFOLD to exploit the co-evolutionary information carried by homologous proteins.
